CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Within 24 hours of purchasing you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with your tracking information (note: this can be in a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail!). If you have not received this information after 2 business days (Monday - Friday), reach out to us and ask.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We like to bundle items as much as possible, however usually it is around $5.99 for 5 small items. If you are already going to pay for shipping we recommend you purchase a couple more items and save a few bucks!

MY ITEMS CAME SEPARATELY, WHERE ARE THE REST?

We use distribution centers all over the world. If an item is in stock or will come quicker from another location, we will dispatch it separately.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Check out our neat little diagram in ‘How We Work’. To get our great prices, we occasionally will process orders together, usually 2-3 days worth. Then place our order with our supplier, this is only to keep the prices down and for smoother logistics. Please be patient as it can take 10-15 business days for you to receive your order. But we love you for buying with us and we will make sure we work as quick as possible. No order goes un-loved! We don’t own the postal services, but we can do our bit as quick as possible.

DO YOU HAVE TRACKING?

Yes. Tracking is available a couple days after purchase and usually sent to your email address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We use distribution centers all over the world.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE TEAM?

That’s not really a question but we feel you! Did you know you can request items for our team to hunt down. We don’t mind going out of the way, we kind of enjoy it a little too much. Request an item through our our social media posts or via the 'Contact Us' page.

Are you closed on public holidays? 

Grab This Now stores will be open every day other than Christmas Day, Good Friday and ANZAC Day. Our customisation department will be closed 21 December 2018 - 6 January 2019. Customisation orders received during this time will be worked on once we reopen.

Do you have a store?

Grab This Now is 100% online. We are Australian based but have dispatch centres around the world to keep our postage costs low and supply stock quicker to our customers. All we care about is low prices and getting your gear to you as quickly as possible! We are not able to offer pick up at our warehouse sites.

Why did you change your name from GTN to Grab This Now?

We loved being GTN. As the business has grown up, however, we've expanded our product range, online shop offering and dispatch locations. We've changed with our customers. We now feature lifestyle products like bags, gifts, shirts, shoes, key chains, pins and so much more. We feature more than our own range.

When is your physical store open?

Exciting news is in the works, but we can't share any more details than that.

 

ORDERS, PAYMENTS & DELIVERY

How do you send orders?

We dispatch a majority of orders via the Australia Post trackable eParcel service, which requires a signature on delivery, so we recommend providing your correct address for delivery. These orders usually take 2-4 business days to dispatch (although longer during sales and peak periods). If you definitely need your order to arrive quickly, you can select Australia Post Express Post, which means we usually despatch the next business day (price varies based on delivery point). Delivery times are then 1-3 business days. We sometimes use other courier companies. No carrier will leave big packages unattended/unsigned for. If no-one is there to sign for the parcel, they will leave a calling card and you'll need to collect your parcel from closest post office/delivery hub.

Where do you ship to internationally?

We ship all over Australia but have dispatch centres worldwide, we don't believe ourselves to be a store that's in one specific location. We are 'in' over 45 counties, including the USA, UK and New Zealand. A full list of the countries we ship to follows:

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

GTN usually takes 2 business days to process your order, and then dispatch it. The amount of time it then take to get to you depends on what sort of postage you choose and your destination. Standard Australia Post deliveries can take 3-10 business days to arrive at their destination. In most cases, your order will ship within 2 business days of it being received and after it is paid in full. However, we ocassionally get super-busy during special occasions, sales and holidays which means you may have to wait a day or two longer than usual.

What payments do you accept?

If you want the fastest possible delivery, please pay via PayPal, it offers great buyer protection and as avid online shoppers, we wouldn't have it any other way.

What do the various Grab This Now order status descriptions mean?

'Processing' - Your order is being picked and packed, and will be shipped in the next 24-48 hours. (If your order shows as 'processing' for longer than a few days, please contact customer service.)

'Pending' - You've elected to pay via bank deposit and we are waiting for the funds to clear to our account.

'Complete' - Your order has been despatched and is on it's way to you. This does not mean it has been delivered, it may still be in transit. To track delivery, refer to your shipping confirmation email, where you'll find a tracking number for your parcel.

Are items shipped together if I order multiple products?

In the majority of cases, items are shipped together when they are ordered together. Two exceptions are (a) if one items is out of stock, but we're expecting it in soon, we may ship the items that are available and (b) rolls of wrapping paper are shipped separately in a tube to avoid damage. 

How do I become part of the GTN Loyalty Program

This has changed, we don't believe in spam and bogus clubs, so all you need to do is open the last email from us and you'll usually see a pretty good surprise or discount.

What do you do with my contact details?

We HATE spam as much as you do so we keep all of your details to ourselves. When you place an order your email address is used by Australia Post to send you tracking updates for your order once shipped.
